Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Gaston Award Nomination Opportunity!

It is time for the Gaston Award Nominations.

What is the Gaston Award?

An Annual Award recognizing a coach who exhibits distinguished service to the coaching profession and the ICF MN chapter. The Gaston Award has been given to a distinguished coach since 2006. The award is in honor of Elaine Gaston, one of our founding members who received the first Gaston Award which focuses on lifetime achievement in service and dedication to the coaching profession.

When will the Gaston Award be given?

The Gaston Award will be given at our annual “Celebration of Excellence & Service in Coaching” on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 starting at 6:00 PM at the Metropolitan Ballroom. If Covid conditions will not allow an in-person event, this will change to a Zoom event.

What is the deadline for nominations? June 30, 2022

How do I nominate someone? There is an on-line form on the ICFMinnesota.org website. Underneath the pull-down menu access the Gaston link: Gaston Award Page

Our intention is to ensure that everyone has significant time and chance to nominate someone that exemplifies the true nature of the coaching profession.

Who knew coaching could be “the chocolate”
to the food safety world’s “peanut butter”?

Jill Stuber, that’s who!!!

At Learning Journeys, we are proud of every student who ventures down the coaching journey. We are always impressed by the tenacity and creativity in making their ideas real. One such student/graduate is Jill Stuber. While coaching belongs in every industry, food safety is not the first that comes to my mind. And yet, thankfully, it came to Jill’s. Her foresight and dedication to her field led her to pursue coaching to ensure leaders and employees alike could thrive in the food safety community. Read more...

Volunteer Opportunities

Giving WoMN logo
Pro-Bono Executive Coaching Opportunity

GIVING WoMN is a local philanthropic collective that provides grants to nonprofits doing work in the areas of health, human services and education in the 7-county metro area. Since 2015, they’ve been able to provide executive coaching to their grantees as an added benefit, and last year for the first time they reached out for volunteers from among our members. Your response was extremely generous, and GIVING WoMN is very grateful for our assistance!

In 2022 they have 7 deserving grantee organizations, and are hoping once again to offer executive coaching services. The commitment includes ten (10) hours of 1:1 coaching in person or online through the end of 2022. You can learn more about GIVING WoMN and their work at GIVINGWoMN.org.
