Biography
Tanya Joyce is an organizational psychologist and certified professional coach specializing in professional and career consulting and coaching. Her focus is on changing negative workplace behaviors with a concentration on incivility and bullying in the workplace. She has been in healthcare as a registered nurse for 31 years. Her Masters Thesis focused on bullying in healthcare. The services she provides include leadership consulting and coaching for optimal employee management, consulting for workplace cultural change, individual coaching for employee post trauma growth and coaching for workplace behavioral change. She provides services from entry level employees to corporate level leadership. She seamlessly melds her experiences as a nurse with her passion of psychology to care for people in the work environment.
