Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Barb Reinan June 2020Meet Barb Reinan

Barb began Reinan Business Solutions six years ago and is committed to helping small business owners improve their efficiency, better utilize their employee resources, take advantage of the most current technologies, and reduce expenses. She spent the majority of her adult years working for large companies involved in corporate lending. It is there she learned that typically, IT departments don’t talk to the business line, and the business line has no idea of the power of the software on their desk. Barb has a unique talent for getting the two communicating. This experience, working with her daughters’ high school team, and plain old curiosity has moved Barb from a tech dabbler to a tech expert. Barb loves shortcuts and doesn’t like redundant processes, of any type. The more you enter the same data throughout your various platforms, the more errors are prone to happen. Plus, she says, “it is just boring and inefficient”. Now, with the power of the cloud and the imagination of so many awesome developers, She has found applications that can take on most any task and that efficiency is what drives her today.

For Barb it isn’t, “I don’t know if this can be done.”, instead she asks, “What can make this happen?” Barb received a BA in Accounting from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and lives in the Twin Cities.
