The Pathfinder Award

It is time for the Pathfinder Award Nominations.

What is the Pathfinder Award?

An Award recognizing a coach who demonstrates clear and strong leadership in their contributions to a significant change, growth, and/or innovation initiative within the ICF Minnesota chapter in support of the ICF MN mission and vision. The Pathfinder Award originated in 2021 as a way to recognize outstanding progress with a new ICF MN initiative.

When will the Pathfinder Award be given?

If we do have a recipient of The Pathfinder Award, it will be given at our annual “Celebration of Excellence & Service in Coaching” in September 2023 (date & time TBD). If Covid conditions will not allow an in-person event, this will change to a Zoom event.

What is the deadline for nominations?
July 15, 2023

How do I nominate someone?
Our intention is to ensure that everyone has significant time and chance to nominate someone that exemplifies the true nature of the coaching profession. If you have any questions, please contact presidentelect@icfminnesota.org

Pathfinder Award Nomination Form ICF MN 2022

Criteria for Pathfinder Award Recipient

1. Holds a coaching credential that meets one of the following:

ICF-issued credential
Certification from an ICF-accredited coaching school
Certification from a professional coaching program within an ICF-accredited educational institution

2. Demonstrates clear and strong leadership in their contributions to a significant change, growth, and/or innovation initiative within the ICF Minnesota chapter in support of the ICF MN mission and vision.

3. Demonstrates integrity through professionalism and selfless service.

4. Has been an active member of ICF Minnesota for three or more years and continues to contribute uniquely to ICF Minnesota’s growth.
