Leadership coaching—as a client—changed my life. I learned to understand and engage the world in a radically new way. I woke to a sense of personal and collective possibility that I now find great joy in helping clients discover. I coach because when we find more expansive ways to work and live in the world, everything changes.
A Georgetown-trained Associate Certified Coach, I spent years coaching and working in leader- ship and organizational development in the U.S. Federal Government. I have particular passion for vertical development—the evolution of our individual capacity to cope with complexity, differing perspectives, and abstraction, to think in more systemic, strategic, and interdependent ways.
I came home to Minnesota in September 2019. Every day I find more joy and peace in my home on Beaver Lake in Maplewood and in connection with nature, family, fellow coaches, and the larger community.
