(TCO) has experienced rapid growth in the past decade, fueled by major initiatives including an expanded footprint across the Twin Cities metro, strategic partnerships with professional sports teams, colleges, and high schools, the co-founding of Infinite Health Collaborative, and data-driven decision-making. This award recognizes the organization’s successful coaching initiatives, which enabled senior leadership to effectively scale operations while maintaining a healthy, “Be The Difference” culture.
“To be honest, at first we didn’t think we needed coaching,” said Aaron Johnson, TCO Chief Operating Officer. “It’s only when you stop for gas that you realize the tires could use some air and the windows are a little dirty. Once we took the time to work on how we communicated, planned, and led – the road ahead became clearer, and it was a much smoother ride. We’re grateful for the support from everyone at Good Leadership and are incredibly honored to receive this award.”
TCO received executive leadership coaching support from Good Leadership with remarkable results. New initiatives were launched - the company developed its first long-term strategic business plan and leadership expectations model, which were communicated broadly across the entire organization. Leaders became more efficient - energy shifted toward strategy and business development. Most importantly, the patient experience improved - patient satisfaction in 2020 has reached an all-time high, with 99% of patients reporting they would recommend TCO to family and friends.
