Peer Coaching


Facilitator: Professional Development Committee Member

Time: 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM CST
Location: Zoom

Based on member input, we heard a desire for a Peer Coaching opportunity. Join this session to be paired with one other coach. You will have an opportunity to coach for 20 minutes and approximately 5 minutes to reflect and discuss. You will rotate coach & client. Please bring a topic you'd like to explore.

What's in it for you? 

1. Get coached (who doesn't want more coaching?)

2. Counts toward coaching experience hours needed for an ICF credential

3. Practice a framework you've been wanting to experiment with in a low-stakes environment with another coach

ICF MN Members who have paid the annual fee: Free!
ICF Global & MN Members (who have not paid annual fee) and non-members: $25
