Vision
Coaching is a trusted and sought-after catalyst for growth in our multicultural community.
Mission
ICF MN promotes the development of a community of multicultural coaches serving others. | Letter from the President | Welcome to May!
I hope you’re enjoying the warmer weather, new buds on the trees, and pops of green showing up all over Minnesota. Spring always brings with it a new energy and opportunity for new adventures.
I am feeling grateful for our hard working board and our incredible community. All of us are working towards our mission to celebrate and promote the development of a diverse community of coaches dedicated to serving others inclusively and equitably. We keep hearing that connection and learning are the primary desires of our members and every day we’re thinking of how we can create more space for both.
This month we get to celebrate all things coaching with International Coaching week starting on May 13th. See below for some great opportunities to connect with other coaches and develop your coaching skills. The ICF MN board and I wish you a wonderful month full of learning, growth, renewed energy, and prosperity.
