Deb’s passion is fueled by her own experience as a coaching client and the transformative effect it had on her life and her work. This passion led her to make a major career shift in 2015 when she founded Leading Fearlessly, LLC - an Executive Coaching & Team Leadership Organization.
Deb brings over 25 years of experience working with some of the most influential Fortune 500 companies in fields including retail, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, financial services, healthcare, medical device, pharma, tech and professional services. Deb has had the privilege of working with all levels from C Suite leaders to front line employees in more than 35 countries and 6 continents.
