This workshop goes beyond theory, offering a deep dive into the Being and Doing of coaching mastery, integrating the ICF Core Competencies, Ethics, and Core Values with real-world application.

Meet Joanne Blackerby, MCC
Joanne (Jo) Blackerby is an ICF-MCC level coach and an executive coach at CoachDiversity Institute. Jo is also an instructor, mentor coach and coaching supervisor. As the Founder of ClarityCoach.me, she is adept at leading transformational coaching with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and cross-cultural communication.
Jo supports and develops coaching professionals committed to effective and appropriate communication in coaching engagements. A down-to-earth and energetic educator, she shares her passion for co-creative learning with clients and coaches.
