Topic: Fear of Success in Coaching: Unlocking Hidden Barriers for Coaches and Clients
Description:
Success is often framed as the ultimate goal in coaching, but what happens when the fear of success becomes the biggest obstacle? This engaging and interactive workshop explores Fear of Success from both the coach’s and the client’s perspectives, uncovering the hidden self-limiting beliefs, unconscious resistance, and cultural narratives that shape our relationship with achievement.
Through reflective exercises, coaching demonstrations, and practical strategies, participants will learn how to recognize, address, and reframe the fear of success to foster deeper growth and transformation in their coaching practice and with their clients. This workshop is designed to be a reflective, transformative space that challenges coaches to explore their own narratives around success—while also equipping them with the tools to support their clients in stepping into their full potential.
