Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Meet Karen Mathre, PCC
Karen Mathre is a seasoned executive coach and leadership development expert with deep expertise in organizational change and transformation. With over two decades of experience across Fortune 100 companies, consulting firms, and entrepreneurial ventures, she brings a rare blend of business acumen, systems thinking, and a human-centered approach to every engagement.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a former executive leader, Karen has coached senior executives in complex, global organizations, including Bank of America, Medtronic, and Grant Thornton. She is recognized for helping leaders navigate complexity, expand their influence, lead through change, and align their purpose with organizational impact.

Karen also brings a strong track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide change initiatives. At Medtronic, she developed and scaled the internal Coaching Center of Expertise, integrating coaching into the company’s leadership culture and driving measurable improvements in engagement, inclusion, and performance. Earlier in her career, she launched strategic planning and leadership development programs for businesses and nonprofits through her consulting firm.

Her work is informed by a master’s degree in psychology and organizational development, post-graduate training in evidence-based coaching, and certifications in multiple leadership assessments, including Hogan, EQi 2.0, and MBTI. Whether supporting individual transformation or organizational evolution, Karen helps leaders bring clarity, courage, and commitment to the moments that matter most.

Based in North Carolina, Karen lives with her husband, Chris Storment, and finds joy in singing, weightlifting, traveling, and continuous learning. Their two adult children live and work in the San Francisco Bay Area.
