Internal Coaching Network (ICN): Building Community for Internal Coaches
Internal Coaching Network (ICN), a partnership between ICF Minnesota and Center for Coaching in Organizations (CCO), brings together professionals who are leading or participating in internal coaching programs within organizations across the Twin Cities.
ICN creates a confidential, judgment-free space for internal coaches to connect, share best practices, and explore common challenges such as strategic alignment, program funding, and leading change inside organizations. Through a mix of in-person and virtual gatherings throughout the year, the network fosters learning, innovation, and community among those advancing coaching cultures within their organizations.
The February ICN session brought together a highly experienced group of coaches and leaders for a candid exchange on tools, measurement, and what’s actually working in practice right now.
If you are currently leading or participating in an internal coaching program and are interested in learning more or joining the network, we invite you to connect with the ICN community. Meetings are held every other month, either virtually or in person.
