Biography
MARY OLK, Ph.D., has been an Executive and Leadership Development Coach for over 25 years. As an ICF credentialed coach, Mary works with clients from all walks of life and across the globe creating transformative change at work, in relationships, and in life. One of her specialties is working 1:1 with CHANGEMAKERS - high performing women and men in leadership positions who create a productive and supportive culture in the workplace. And even though she takes her work seriously, she has a knack for making the work of coaching inspiring and fun.
Mary has a passion for teaching coaching skills in public and corporate settings and has been doing that for 20+ years. She is a faculty member for the Co-Active Training Institute, Positive Intelligence, and the University of Saint Thomas-Executive Coaching Certificate Program.
For fun, Mary loves to do yoga, go for early morning walks, cross-country ski, and travel with her family. Mary lives in a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota with her husband, her three children and a Winn-Dixie dog.
FOR THOSE WHO LIKE DETAILS: Mary received her Ph.D. from the University at Albany, State University of New York. She is licensed by the state of Minnesota as a psychologist. Mary is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute, a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) from Positive Intelligence and a Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation.
