Biography
Vicki Swisher is passionate about helping people learn and grow to realize their full potential. With 20+ years of experience in leadership development and having led revenue-producing and COE teams in multiple global organizations, Vicki understands the unique challenges of leadership across contexts and geographies.
Vicki currently serves as an organizational leadership practitioner for the Center for Creative Leadership's and has previously held executive roles with UnitedHealth Group and Cargill, led product development for Korn Ferry, and served as managing consultant for IMPACT Group, a global career development firm. She brings financial services background from The Hartford and has travel/hospitality experience with Marriott and Ritz-Carlton hotels.
Vicki is author of Becoming an Agile Leader and has co-authored books on leadership and team effectiveness. Her articles have featured in Wall Street Journal, Fortune, BusinessWeek, HR Executive and Buyouts Magazine.
