#1 CULTIVATE A COACHING COMMUNITY
Foster a diverse community with opportunities for learning, resource sharing, network development, collaboration, and recognition.
#2 PROMOTE THE CONTINUOUS LEARNING AND ENHANCEMENT OF COACHING SKILLS
Offer opportunities for coaches to learn new ways to improve and refine their coaching skills (including ethical, inclusive, and diverse professional competencies, skills, and practices).
#3 ENGAGE IN OUTREACH ANDCOLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIPS
Develop strategic, diverse alliances which expand and utilize the coaching profession.
