ICF Minnesota Recognizes U.S. Compliance and Braun Intertec with the
2024 ICF MN PRISM Award for Excellence in Coaching

In our 2024 Awards and Recognition event we were thrilled to recognize not one, but two organizations who have created excellence and enhanced effectiveness through their commitment to and utilization of coaching as a part of their leadership strategy.

U.S.Compliance and Braun Intertec are both prime examples of organizations who prioritize investing in developing and coaching their leaders through which they find higher employee engagement and team effectiveness.

U.S. Compliance is the industry leader in EHS compliance management and EHS consulting solutions, delivering OSHA compliance and environmental compliance consulting expertise for industrial firms throughout North America. They recently added a more dedicated coaching component to their existing Leadership Academy and have seen wonderful outcomes for their leaders. "As we continue our growth journey, investing in leadership and development is crucial to our long-term success. It sets us apart in attracting top talent and ensuring we deliver on our core mission to CARE | PROTECT | GROW. Braun Interec, a premier engineering, environmental consulting, and testing firm, showed an abiding commitment to preparing their high potential managers for next level leadership roles. The coaching prepared Braun’s leaders to take on additional leadership within the organization and additional responsibilities. Giving them focused attention by the way of individual coaching and team coaching was new for Braun, and very impactful. According to the feedback provided, every single individual said the most beneficial piece was the individual coaching that they received. That coach was there to help think about things from a different perspective and to challenge them to think in new ways so they can really step up and lead in new ways.
