Global Giving Tuesday

At the ICF Foundation, we have been able to create a ripple effect throughout the world, reaching more than 16 million individuals through Ignite and other global partnerships— all with the help of your donations. Your donations to date have supported the work of our Ignite Chapters, with more than 80 projects being conducted by 48 chapters. All of this work is possible because of the partnership with ICF and the ICF Foundation.

Chapters and Members have the power to transform your local community and the world. No matter the amount, each donation will help to support coaching and the lives that can be changed through it. We need your help to reach our goal of 2,020 new donors to the ICF Foundation.

Here are some ways you can help the ICF Foundation and be a part of #GlobalGivingTuesday:

  1. Make a donation of any amount
  2. Create a Facebook fundraiser to share with your network and encourage donations
  3. Share the ICF Foundation’s Social Media post on December 1, 2020, to spread the word
  4. Send an email to your list to encourage donations and share the work of the ICF Foundation
  5. Follow the ICF Foundation on social media – Facebook and Instagram
  6. Share your social progress story by using #MySocialProgressStory

ICF Credentials and Standards Update

Last year, ICF released the updated ICF Core Competencies. In order to implement these new changes, ICF Credentials and Standards began a 7-month process of updating the PCC Markers with a diverse team of experienced Assessors and PCC Marker Assessor Trainers.

The updated PCC Markers are now available to view. PCC Markers are the behaviors that should be exhibited in a coaching conversation at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level. The updated Markers have been streamlined to 37 (previously there were 47 Markers). The PCC Markers are available in English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.
