Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

DATE:              Tuesday, December 14, 2021

TIME:              6:00 PM - 8:30 PM

LOCATION:     Metropolitan Ballroom, 5418 Wayzata Blvd, Golden Valley, MN 55416

CEU’S: 2 Resource Development

DESCRIPTION

When it comes to leadership development, few tools are as powerful as coaching. Calculating the ROI on coaching is a different conversation.  A quick Google search will report coaching ROI’s from 7 times to 1200 times.  As coaches, we are interested in the facts. Those facts include the process by which ROI is measured and the stakeholders who care about the data and results.

Join ICF Minnesota and a panel of coaches discussing how they measure success, their ROI formula, case studies and what matters most to clients and coaches.

ATTENDEES WILL INCREASE:

To educate and inform internal and external coaches, clients and consultants on the importance of ROI in our practices.

To honor, celebrate and communicate that there are many ways to measure ROI.

To provide practical tips, insights, and case studies on ROI measurement.

To give participants resources, tools and advice that can be implemented immediately.

To educate our community on our Prism Award winning companies
