Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Social Media for Professional Coaches:

How to Use Social Media as a Tool for your Coaching Business

SPEAKER: Krystle Kustanovich

DATE: Thursday, March 17, 2022

TIME: 12:00 to 1:30 PM, (Central Standard Time)

LOCATION: Zoom

CEU’S: 1.5 Resource Development

Description:

At its core, my topic is about empowering coaches with information that can shift their perspective about Social Media and reveal how they can use it as a tool for their coaching businesses. Once coaches understand the way Social Media works, it becomes easier to approach and navigate. Not everyone realizes the other side of Social Media (we transform as a consumer into a creator) and how that perspective is needed in order to use Social Media intentionally.

My driving force is to show coaches how they can use Social Media as a space to make authentic connections and I highlight how using Social Media as a Coach can remain ethical. Our code of ethics and the way we show up as coaches can be shared on these platforms to show the consistency of what we say and what we do.

I offer information about the functionality and the basics that are needed to use Social Media. I also offer actions for implementation so that coaches can leave the presentation with setting up their accounts correctly, as well as ways they can start connecting with clients and networking effectively immediately.

Objectives:

In this interactive presentation, I teach Coaches how to Use Social Media as a tool in order to find and connect with their ideal clients in an intentional, ethical and authentic way. By the end of the presentation coaches will know:

  • The Top Eight Reasons we use Social Media

  • The Mindset Shift Needed to use Social Media Intentionally

  • The Difference between the Social Media Platforms

  • The Concept of Social Media Behaviour

  • The Difference between Profiles and Pages

  • How to Set Up Your Page: With a Step-By-Step Guide How to Optimise Your Page:

    • With a checklist Content: What you can post Best Practices

Meet Krystle Kustanovich

I formalized my coaching in 2019 when I began my Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching at the South African College of Applied Psychology. It was here that I found my purpose.  Becoming a coach revolutionized my life! I received my PCC pass equivalent for my performance exam in June 2020, and I received my ACC accreditation in August 2021.

My background includes a wonderful variety as I am what many know as a "multipotentialite". My diverse experience has always been about connecting with people and highlighting their strengths and potential, no matter where they come from or where they are going.

I have worked formally in education for over 15 years and informally in marketing over the past 8 years. In 2020, with the lockdown in my country, I decided to upskill myself and dove headfirst into online learning, where I completed courses on Facebook Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Business School Accelerators that assisted me in my own coaching business. It was also while studying and working with other coaches that I realized that so few of them used Social Media as a tool to find clients. That is when I started developing ways to empower Coaches to use Social Media intentionally so that they could appear in front of the people who they wanted to serve! I began hosting training programs, and webinars that teach coaches how to use Social Media in July 2020 and have not stopped since!

My goal is to continue to teach coaches so that we can educate the masses about the benefits of coaching, as well as the importance of finding a coach who is governed by the ICF.
