Description:

When coaching individuals, it's important to help them become aware of their judgements and assumptions, as these can often limit their ability to see things objectively and make informed decisions. As a coach, how do you check your own judgement and assumptions?

In this session we will: Learn, discuss and practice appreciative inquiry to disrupt judgement and assumption. Every human being judges and assumes, the curiosity lies in knowing how we judge and what we assume.
