In this session we will:

  • Increase awareness of the meaning of stated outcomes
  • Explore the Who and the What/ Being and Doing in outcomes
  • Increase understanding of the client's success measures in the session.

Joanne (Jo) Blackerby is an ICF-MCC level coach and an executive coach at CoachDiversity Institute. Jo is also an instructor, mentor coach and coaching supervisor. As the Founder of ClarityCoach.me, she is adept at leading transformational coaching with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and cross-cultural communication.
