Meet Tim Bot
1. What brought you to coaching?
After an HR career with General Mills, Boston Scientific and Protolabs, I wanted to focus on the area I enjoyed most, leadership coaching and helping leaders achieve their goals.
2. Tell us about your coaching practice. (Niche, ideal client, etc.)
I am the catalyst that instills confidence and peace of mind in others that allows them to achieve their goals. I work with a wide range of leaders, from founders/small business CEO’s to executives in Fortune 100 companies.
3. What do you love about your coaching work?
Chirzad Chamine, Stanford Lecturer and NYT best-selling author of Positive Intelligence – I was one of the first 14 coaches in the world to become a Certified Positive Intelligence (PQ) Coach. Other coaches I’ve engaged with to coach me have been influencers: many from Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara where I trained, Peter Berridge, MCC, Jenny Peterson, PhD, PCC and Lance Hazzard, PCC. Favorite podcast is The Happiness Lab by Dr. Laura Santos.
4. Tell us about the coaching tools, books, podcasts, etc. that you follow that helps you to stay informed.
ICF-MN is a wonderful, supportive community, offering great training and connections with talented coaches.
5. How has ICF-MN helped you as a coach?
I appreciated the warm welcome I received from ICF Minnesota members, who are a rich source for connection, collaboration and questions in support of one another, ultimately serving our clients and the area. I appreciate the education opportunities and Mastermind group.
6. How can folks connect with you?
