What inspires me most about being a life coach is bringing people "HOME" to reconnect to their greater purpose, passions and strengths and to create clarity for a path forward. With their compass set to their own dial, their own true north, I create a platform for people to complete with events, beliefs, relationships and stories that are in their way to more passionate lives. Harvesting their very own wild wisdom is what I like to call it, and bringing it our in service of themselves, their families, communities and the world.
I am recognized as an "intuitive guide making magic happen in our sessions!" When we live true to who we are, hands down, we are happier and healthier. Whole hearted living is what we seek!
Our change journeys begin with reflection and self-awareness, then, we must choose them. This takes dedication, conviction and many times much courage. That is where I am able to step in and be productive with my clients as I assist them in discerning that little voice inside, and secondly, acting on it! We make distinctions, gain clarity and remove barriers. I call this “pulling out the stops and getting serious about living the life you truly know you are here to live!” The no judgement zone that we meet in catapults exploration and action, and our time together is rich as we navigate an inward path to look at what is important, and an outward one, to live with greater intention, honor, and commitment to desires and dreams.
As a global citizen, raised in Taiwan, Kenya, Laos, Pakistan and Indonesia, I have an ease in connecting with people from all walks of life, removing barriers, and getting quickly to the heart of what matters. My coaching blends several coaching modalities. With a B.A. in Communications from the University of Minnesota, I went on to receive training from the Coaches Training Institute (now Co-Active Training Institute), am certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and in addition, received advanced coach training form BEabove Leadership: Neuroscience, Coaching and Consciousness.
I am an active member of the MN Chapter of ICF where I co-led two ICF Foundation Ignite Initiatives in St. Paul and North Minneapolis (in partnership with the United Nations on their 2030 Sustainable Development goal on Education). I facilitate Stress Resiliency classes through M Health Fairview and last, I have a love of indigenous wisdom and am co-leader/facilitator of the MN Pachamama Community where we focus on creating a thriving, just world for all.
A thriving, just world starts with each and every one of us.
