Biography
Hi, I'm Jean Davidson.
I am a coach and consultant who has spent the last 22 years working with change and transition on both an organizational and personal level. My resume is filled with transitions from music teacher to athletic trainer to change management consultant to professor to coach. I founded Davidson Consulting and Coaching in 2004, after spending 10 years in corporate training and consulting roles.
My focus is on helping individuals, teams and organizations find their way through messy, ambiguous, challenging times. I love to work with anyone choosing to make a change in their life, their team, or their organization.
I hold an Ed. D. in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas, where I am an Executive Fellow in the Organization Learning & Development Program. I am an accredited Insights Practitioner, as well as a CPCC, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and CNTC, Certified NeuroTransformational Coach. In my spare time, I might be found teaching Jazzercise (34 years as an instructor), writing my Random Wisdom blog, golfing, or spending time with my family (husband, three children, seven grandchildren, and two Siberian Huskies) where I live in Woodbury, Minnesota.
