Shari Fruechte, ACC, CAP, OM, believes life is meant to be lived fully and passionately. As president and founder of Tell Me More…, she partners with her clients to inspire and encourage them to live their version of a full and joyful life. Shari believes tell me more… is the foundation from which growth conversations are built. As a life-long learner, she believes we all have room to grow into a better version of ourselves.

As a former executive assistant, and current career coach, Shari believes active listening is a key component to success in both our professional and personal lives. Asking questions helps clarify the situation and opens up opportunities that help all involved move forward faster and clearer. 

Shari received her training through Coaches Training Institute, San Rafael, CA.  She also holds a BA in Communication from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN. She also holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation.

She currently serves as board president for the Minnesota chapter of the International Coaching Federation as well as being a Director for Elmdale Mutual Insurance Company. Shari has previously held board positions including chapter president for the Brainerd Chapter of International Association of Administrative Professionals as well as board administrator for Atomic Learning.

Shari enjoys running, spending summers on the pontoon with family and friends, fishing and writing. She is a published contributing author and is currently working on her first book. You can follow her blog at
