Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me.
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Sara Krisher ICF Minnesota is the place to be if you're a coach or you're interested in the coaching profession. We come together to connect, grow and give because we are stronger together than we are apart. //
Lance Hazzard I chose to get involved with the ICF Minnesota Chapter to be part of a community of coaches who help our clients grow and achieve their goals. This organization brings great content to our coaching community and enables opportunities to learn and collaborate in multiple ways. //

Oppnå Executive & Achievement Coaching

Lance Hazzard is an author, certified executive coach and a former Fortune 100 HR Vice President. He uses expertise and experience to guide clients to develop greater insights, build capabilities, gain new perspectives and make choices that resonate with their values and purpose, allowing them to operate more effectively, achieve results and lead more authentic and fulfilling lives. Lance facilitates executive meetings to help align teams, increase organizational effectiveness and on-board leaders. He also works with organizations to implement a coaching culture that achieves results, increases retention, accelerates leadership development and builds a talent pipeline.

Prior to founding Oppnå® Coaching, Lance served as a Vice President of Human Resources at Medtronic, a leading global healthcare solutions company, working in multiple global business units and group functional capacities. During his 19-year tenure with the corporation, Lance helped lead integration efforts with several mergers/acquisitions, facilitated and led talent reviews for key businesses and functions, managed and advised global organizations, and coached numerous leaders and employees. Previously, Lance worked with RCA, GE and Thomson as an HR leader in the consumer electronics industry. In total, Lance’s HR career encompassed more than 35 years while working with several Fortune 100 companies.

Lance’s first experience with executive coaching dates back to 2003, when he personally benefitted from being paired with a coach. Ten years later, Lance volunteered to participate in Medtronic’s inaugural Coaching Cadre, which was based upon the process developed by the internationally recognized, Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). The training program required cadre members to coach high potential, emerging leaders within Medtronic from around the globe. Participation in the program equipped Lance to serve others in the same way that he had been served, and inspired him to continue training.

Lance’s coaching certifications include the Medtronic Certified Internal Co-Active Coach designation, the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® (CPCC) designation through CTI, the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach Certification through John Mattone University. Lance is a Board Member of the
Minnesota Chapter of the ICF, serving in this capacity since 2018.

Lance is the author of Accelerating Leadership, published in June 2019. More information on this book can be found at:
