Biography
Monica brings decades of healthcare experience coaching and leading individuals and commercialization teams through acquisitions, change initiatives, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, patient engagement, and global product launches. Her coaching and workshops facilitate aha moments and generative behavior change at the individual level aligned with the organizational goals. As a certified Integral Coach®, she helps clients increase self-awareness so they can self-correct and perpetuate optimal fulfillment and performance. She also is an equine guided practitioner contracting with local farms for individual coaching sessions and team building workshops.
She has committed her life’s work to health and wellness through coaching and pioneering medical devices and digital health care solutions. Monica held consultancy and operational leadership roles with start-ups and Fortune 500 companies including: Plethy Inc., Mission Peak Coaching and Consulting, Lee Hecht Harrison, Torax Medical (J&J), Conceptus Inc. (Bayer AG), Edwards Lifesciences, and was co-founder of Depuy Northland (J&J) in the upper Midwest.
Monica earned a BA with honors from Boston University, finance certification from Wharton School of Business, and professional coach certification with New Ventures West. She is a certified Integral Coach(R) and a member of the International Coach Federation, Medical Alley Association, Minnesota Change Management Network, and a certified Prosci ADKAR® change management practitioner.
