With over 17 years of leadership experience at Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Medtronic, Kim Cavalcante is a certified professional coach specializing in executive, leadership, and personal coaching. Serving a diverse clientele, including corporate leaders, physicians, entrepreneurs, and individuals navigating career transitions or seeking work-life balance, Kim is also the Co-Founder of ASPIRE, an employee resource group focused on professional development, and Momentum Crafters, a venture offering impactful workshops designed to foster growth and meaningful results.
Holding a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University, Kim is certified by the Co-Active Coaching Institute and the International Coaching Federation. Drawing on a variety of tools and techniques, her coaching approach is both direct and supportive, aimed at cultivating clarity, confidence, and connection.
