Jason Jones ICF-MN fills my bucket!! I look forward to the in person meetings to connect with my tribe of coaches and enjoy the way of being only coaches embody. It energizes me. https://s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/Jason_Jones_1992631113.jpg
Bev Lutz ICF membership provides incredible professional networking opportunities, professional and personal growth, and opportunities to explore my strengths as I volunteer in service of my profession.  My chapter really helps me stay current with coaching, thought leadership, and learn-n-earn (CEU’s) from professional development events.  But it’s the supportive coach-friends and collaborators who have made membership for me priceless. //s3.amazonaws.com/ClubExpressClubFiles/907122/graphics/BevLutz1_669008720.jpg

Irene Kelly

Being a member of ICF offers me the opportunity for certification by the industry professional standard bearer; being a member of ICF Minnesota connects me to my professional peers for networking and collaboration.  Membership in both establishes me as “credible” and provides me opportunities to learn and grow.

Biography

I currently serve as the Sr. Director of Equity and Leadership Development for the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. My education and experience include a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and 25+ years of nonprofit executive leadership in urban, suburban, and rural communities representing a broad spectrum of diversity reflected in race, ethnicity, and economics. I have facilitated leadership training for over 25 years covering a variety of topics including diversity and inclusion, managing change, leadership coaching, and communication. In addition to being an ICF-ACC credentialed coach, I am also a Qualified Administrator (QA) for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Assessment and a Strengths Champion Coach.

I am passionate about developing leaders who can lead with a lens of equity to create environments where all can thrive. In my work for the YMCA, I provide coaching to internal and external leaders through our https://www.ymcanorth.org/eic, facilitate conversations around equity, diversity and inclusion in a variety of learning experiences; and engage leaders developing plans for their own equity journey. I also provide leadership coaching for others outside my work at the YMCA involved in ministry and nonprofits.
